Sisters Ruth and Renee established a Shared Studio Space and Membership Community for folks to do sewing and fiber arts.
We grew up wearing what our mother made us. We learned to make what we could not buy. We made our wedding gowns as was family tradition. We made our own curtains and home goods when building our own nests. Together we made our children’s baby clothes and costumes. Our mom made the entire family matching Easter outfits year in and year out. We took our children to learn from a variety of fiber arts teachers over the years. Eventually they created adult cos-play costumes, t-shirt quilts and hand stitched leather planners. Now we want to help others like you keep your own fiber arts alive. We especially wish to encourage those interested in Historical Garments, Costumes, Home goods and natural fibers, though we are open to any type of fiber arts.
